At Papa’s Pizza, all food and beverage purchases are made fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up.

All products are sold “as is” upon receipt by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order at the time of pickup or delivery.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a missing item), please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement for the affected item.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Customer change of mind
Taste preferences
Orders not picked up
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
